Stephan Ullmann, founder

Stephan Ullmann is a Finance Executive with more than 25 years’ experience in international finance and business strategy. He held several leadership positions and was a board member of several companies between 2010 and 2018.

He completed an MBA with honours from Geneva University in 2010 and won an award for the best MBA project in « cash flow management ». Between 2012 and 2015, he volunteered as a Self-Leadership® coach at the University for executive MBA students and since 2016, as an interviewer for MBA candidates.

As an expert in his field, he also acts as mentor at Everwise, an online mentoring platform.

In his Finance Director roles, his main achievements were to increase financial information visibility for an improved decision process and reduce non-value added costs.

Passionate about the creation of value in an organisation, he enjoys sharing his expertise with his clients. Stephan focuses on having a positive impact on people and organisations by leading interactive training workshops and offering CFO services.
